Home based learning sucks.

Totally sucks la. Formal school would have been better. Damn. Why must study at home, so unrealistic also. where got one whole day, from 8 - 4 all the periods do homework de? It's crazy luh. Even on normal schooldays, most periods are used for teaching, not to do homework straight for 8 hours in a row. It's insanity. And then the math department is crazier still, 2 mock papers. It's impossible to finish it in 50 minutes. So it is quite obvious that they want us to complete it as 'homework'. Which is totally crazy and unreasonable. After 8 hours straight of doing homework, you still want to give extra homework, a 2 hour mock paper? Crazy.

Worst still, some technical problems forced me to redo my online assignments. Complete waste of time and effort. The day could have been better spent at school asking questions and preparing for Prelim 1, instead of wasting time and effort at home, with a helpdesk which is completely useless and obsolete. I sent at least 8 messages today and I only received 3 responses, and none of them helped my situation. Define useless.

And I had tuition at 7.30 So today was a really tiring day. Luckily i managed to squeeze in some reading time for English, so i can prepare for tml's English paper. Look through the possible one word essays and though through my options, observed the formats of different forms of letter writing. If they all stick in my head, I should be fine tomorrow.

I found Charly, the 1968 movie adaptation of the Novel Flowers For Algernon. Pity they didn't stick as close to the original novel as I wanted it too. I heard there's a year 2000 movie on Flowers for Algernon, which is much more accurate and sticks more closely to the original novel, pity I couldn't find it.
