Sucks. Really. Damn. >8 pieces of homework to be finished by this weekend. Of which, 2 has to be done by tonight. :( That is hell lot of work to be done. :(
I mentioned wanting stress, but not this extent :( I wanted the kind I get before exams, but I got worse :( I got more than i asked for.
I have not much time left, but blogging here is my kind of destressing. So i can concentrate on clearing my homework later on. I'll guess i have to chew gum as i do work tonight to keep myself awake...
Today's assembly was quite cool. LOL. and a lot of laughter, thanks to the 'standing up' of something. Check out the thesaurus for standing up, or stiff. haha.

A bit late hoho. :) Was in Malaysia, so no Internet access in the squatter. Lol. My stay there this year much shorter than previous years, so not enough time to go ppl house 拜年. haha. So not a lot of red packets la. haha. Most of the time also spent slacking at home. haha. So..I watched a lot of movies this CNY holidays.

:) Class Fourone won the CNY decoration contest :D We received a decently-sized hamper filled with goodies! haha. :D

I take back my words on enjoying sec 4 life. Sucks.
The homework is crazy. Ok, more like the particular teacher. Do finish homework already must redo, just because she wants a Chinese comprehension to be done on a foolscap paper, not squared paper. So i have to go redo them again. Perfect waste of time.
Then the homework jsut keep streaming in. All mut pass up tml. So everynight chiong. wth la. Then there's tuition on Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun. That adds up to more tuition homework. Die. :) Then there's no time to sleep. Then there's CCA on Friday and PTM on Thursday. ---> Death. :) And then there's teachers that make you redo homework that you have painstakingly done by sacrificing sleep. ---> Another night of sleep gone.
Oh and what's more. perfect time to lose foolscap paper. I am 99% positive that some stupid smart 4-3 idiot took it from my class after his Chinese lesson back to his class luh. (He has to be a smart idiot, cos he is from 4-3 lols) So that idiot caused me to redo my bio spa, my math exam paper, and my English homeworkjoy. wth la.
But thanks to Benedict, I managed to recover the foolscap paper although it was a little too late as i had already burnt 2 nights worth of midnight oil trying to cover all the homework, including that backlog. Nevertheless, thanks Balthus. haha.

I am quite disappointed with my work the past few days also. Standard was terrible la. Handwriting was close to scribbling, although my handwriting isn't neat to start with. Then a lot of questions i just give up, COS I SIMPLY DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO SIT DOWN AND BRAINSTORM FOR HOURS! That's what happen when quality is compromised for quantity :(

Cos i cannot do homework during immigration time, and boarding the bus and all, then probably only have like 48 full hours after subtracting time used on 琐事.
And look at that amount of homework.
So I cannot go to Mr Leong's house tml. I need to study for Prelim 1 and try finish all my work. Cos there's only less than 30 days to Prelim 1 and THE 3 O LEVELS SPAs!
Probably go back pri sch visit Ms Chew for a while with Pri Sch peeps. Then must come home mug already. No more fancy foodcourt/macdonalds/mosburger/kfc gathering. Thanks to.....(applause, my foot) HOMEWORK.
And now i am wasting my time here blogging.... Actually not waste time. I need to blog to destress, otherwise all my rants will keep hovering in my mind and further degrade the already atrocious standards of my work.

Is that NCC air in Mandarin? I wonder. haha. Anyway, I woke up exceptionally early today so I could reach school early to go to every sec 1 class to execute my plan to advertise NCC air. Was supposed to meet someone at 6.30am but he didn't turn up. oh wells.
The school is dark in the morning. Haha. I actually saw stars in the Singapore sky. I rarely do. I fact i saw 6 stars! haha. Arrived in my classroom at 6 in the morning. Downed chicken essence and started re-attempting the stupid camel question in the Bio assignment. Camels.
Waited till o630. He didn't turn up. Luckily Wei Xuan turned up and I told him of my plan. He immediately volunteered to help me, and with great enthusiasm. haha. Was a bit shocking. Expected him to say something like 'lame' or something similar. Cos...he always does that. :S haha. So we went class to class and wrote down a comparison of activities between NCC air and NCC land. The facts speak for themselves. there was no need for speculation or lies. It is evident that NCC air has more activities that NCC land. Glad Snr Darryl came to my class 3 years back.
And there's this boy who is super enthu about NCC air. haha. He keep telling me he wanna join NCC air and he is trying to pull his friends to join. I dun thnk i have seen a person like that before haha. But enthusiasm is good. haha. :)
My Part As finally coming in alr. Right when the Homework PILES HIGH. Nice one.

I would like to thank my parents for funding my tuition! haha. Thank my gor for supporting me and comforting me after my many falls in Sec 3. This morning was super nervous already. As THE 12.50 neared, we got more and more nervous. Finally when the time came and we had to make our way to the auditorium, my heartbeat reached one of its peaks. Me, roy and weiyi had some 'problems' waking down to the audi. haha.
The release of results was also a bit drama la. haha. A lot of talking and a lot of statistics. Our class was one of the best for oral and the written haha. :) 谢谢林丹文老师!!! haha. We all stood up and said that when we saw our distinction rate flashed on the screen. 87 percent I think. Just dam high la. haha. Our Saturday lessons com in useful haha! Now my teacher change to Liu Fang alr. :( Bye Lin dan wen haha.
Then there were a few times I was given a rude shock. First, when they flashed that we had 40+ B3, and there was ONE B4. and one who failed. That fact felt like someone threw a stone at me. I was dam shocked. Taken aback. Then the next shock that came was, the B4 was from OUR CLASS. I was like double shock. I was dam afraid that history would repeat itself. Last time when I collected my PSLE results, I was the worst in class.
When we went to collect our o level chinese results, my heart jsut went beating faster and faster haha. Then the people before me all got As. (Or at least that was what i heard) Then my turn... sign the paper first. Mr Lin look at my results then put it face down. And he had that kind of look. I was like...oops. Then he gave the paper to me with a smile and said A. I was dam happy. And when I looked at the cert, I saw that one word that made me cry la. haha. ONE. I hug Wei Yi and Roy then I cry already. haha.
Siao alr. Cannot control my emotions. Too happy already. Sec 3 hasn't been very smooth for me. been dam rough. bad results. Fail, scrape-throughs, all sorts of bad results. :( Then finally this A1 proved me right. Something that I refused to give up (though i almost did). A principle I refused to abandon although it seems to be wrong for the sec 3 year. "Hard work pays off" It finally did. :) My saturdays. :D Thanks LIN DAN WEN!!! Then later every person I hug I start crying again. A bit siao siao already. haha
BUT I AM VERY VERY HAPPY :) A1. it's possible lor. My dream seems achievable. :D ty everyone. :D

Memory lane...
I still can remember how i became a prefect.Just like any other school day, when the then EXCO of the Prefectorial Board came knocking on my classroom door asking for me. I've successfully become a prefect. :) I never had been a pair of goody two shoes in primary school, I don't know what had gotten into me either, I became a totally goody boy. haha :) Not complaining though haha.
First day of duty, we were assigned to mentors, and my mentor is, the person on the right in that picture :D Eugene. Real good 'teacher' haha. And that's how I started my 2 years spent at the General Office every morning at 7 without fail for latecoming duty. 2 years have passed and gone, Mr Yeo had returned to Xin Min Secondary, I wonder how he is getting along. I still remember those days every document in the black latecoming file was typed in Courier New. Neat, classic, official looking documents.
Eugene guided me throughout my prefect life. There's nobody who deserves my thanks more than him. (sorry other ppl! haha) After all, he is the one who has guided me in the most fragile period of PROBATION. Following him around during latecoming duty. haha, he rarely let's me do the work, but he eventually let me and Rong Xian do it, and we had a lot of 'fun' haha.
During recess, 3 of us would cramp into 1 small corner of the bookshop to do bookshop duty haha. Making sure no one cuts the queue and steals. We often entertained ourselves by bouncing balls haha.
Now we have all grown up. I am now a sec 4 EXCO. Quite unbelievable. And there's nobody else who deserves my thanks as Eugene. My mentor. I am what I am in PB thanks to him. Things might differ if i got something else. And I don't want it any other way. haha. :D Thanks Eugene. :D
Been sometime since I saw him. Never really seen him since June last year. busy mugging for o levels. Soon he'll be going to JC. haha. Queer how Fate makes us meet people, then make people deviate from each other and eventually forget each other completely.

Dear Diary... Newspaper Collection :)
Me thinks that this might be my 3rd/4th time I have been doing newspaper collection. :) hahasLast CIP for my secondary school life le. Haha. I remember how I volunteered for EVERY FLAG DAY, EVERY CIP I could lay my hands on back in Sec 1 and Sec 2. Back then I actually thought CIP was fun. (it still is fun :D)
Today's CIP collect newspaper only... haha. Collect clothes also. haha. Not much interesting stuff la. Except towards then end we were dam bored, and we started playing those childish finger games we played back in primary school. haha. Does combat, charge and chopsticks ring a bell in your head? haha. it was like walking down memory lane. Dam adorable la, Lewis and Toon Yang...

Tuition was okayy la. But Gary and company couldn't come, cos they were caught trying to sneak off from the newspaper collection, to come to tuition. Poor them. Stupid lorry driver. hahas.

And to do the tuning works and engine overhaul, another 10k to the garage. At least 70k. have to work hard for that amount of money luh. Even if I do the tuning in Malaysia it will still hover around 65k? Still a lot of money. But for my dream car. :D yay Rx-7 haha.If cannot, then I would be fairly happy to settle for this.. Subaru Technica Internationale WRX. A white one. :D Change muffler. And a fairly sized spoiler. I don't really like GT-wings. They look weird on some cars. Enlarge turbine so got more punch from turbocharger :D. But that will still cost a lot la. Even a second-hand one from Malaysia. Hai. But Subaru certainly easier to find la. The Mazda has already become a legend in the wind already luh. Japan's Cornering machine. Crazy mad car lah. Very nice 50-50 front-back weight ratio. Perfect balance. Crazy Japanese engineers. Ah. Slow. only 1 word to describe the pace. It was a very easy chapter, rate of reactions. If Ms Chong covered it most probably it would be like the way she covered ammonia. Chiong. lol SAFRA sucks.
Jacob, dun worry la, wat can happen to me and ur sir sp. nothing happened. we know how to protect ourselves. So now got important message to to you all. We have found out through the incident that they have an unwritten rule. No shooting in auto, no switching selector to auto. Because, shooting the rifle in auto supposedly causes damage to a special alloy in the rifle which will cause rifle damage. So. u guys no wat to do. no spraying. no auto. so next time too bad, no chance to have fun with the other features of the system already.
For 'safety', next time dun go jam the rifle, dun go to other scenarios like night shooting or figure 15, lest something happens again.

Do i sound like a mugger already? haha
School really has been great lately. I'm starting to understand trigonometry already. Tried to work on it last year for 3 whole months to no avail. Today, Mr Leong kind of, set a good foundation for the rest of the Trigonometry chapters. All he needed was one lesson and i started understanding the fundamentals of trigonometry, and especially the special angles and the quadrants.
History has been pretty cool too. haha. Japan. have to say Mr Fernandez has a way with us, capturing our attention and all. Humanities are great with Mr F around. haha.
English... haha 4-1 rock on. haha :D
Chinese. Mr Lin is a pretty good teacher. You're in the safe zone as long as you do your homework haha :D
Biology haha. If Mr Goh is around, then all is in the green :) But i think i still have to do some revision on excretion and the transport in humans, the heart part. haha. My weak areas. :D Bio rocks on too.
I can't really wait for the stressful period of sec 4 to come. haha. i kind of craving for the pressuring feeling which will push you to breaking point where you will mug like crazy haha. Can't wait to see my As :D I have absolute faith in the teachers, cos that's the only way to get my As. Faith in my teachers. :D (and myself too. haha.)
I had my first physics tuition lesson today. haha. quite cool luh. I think the tutor teaches pretty well luh. I understood electricity as soon as he finished explaining haha. I think I see the ray of light haha. :) I wonder how would chemistry be.. would know on Thursday haha. :)

Dear Diary... It's Day 1. AGAIN. vendredi 2 janvier 2009
This day only comes once a year for probably 12 years? haha.
I'm on my 10th year :D
We've got 3 O levels SPAs this term. I'm really nervous. Week 6 we'll have bio. Week 7 we'll have Physics. Week 8 we'll have Chemistry. Although its skill 1, the weightage is still quite heavy, and i can't afford to screw it up (which i am very prone to). Got to make it work this time. (:
School was pretty mono today. Mr Fernandez just talked to us about JC (he's so confident haha!). And also asked how many of us were in a boy's school for 10 years. haha. Me! haha. (: Cool luh. I think I am very much attached to the school now. No matter who the principal is, 我爱公教. Honestly, if I went to another school, I might not be some ah beng with multiple piercings. Thank god I'm not. (:
Chinese classes have changed. We are now split according to our grades and standards. So I am still with Mr Lin. Hopefully I can get my A1 for CL (I will know on 15 Jan), so I can gladly continue mugging HCL, and get A1 for it (and get 4 points :D).
Had to leave early to supervise lower sec recess. Our lower sec prefects are pretty new, so they still need some guidance. whoo. I can't wait to let go of the reins. I need to mug. Honest. I don't want go China luh. (haha).
I am very scared this year I will not have the stamina to chiong/pia the whole year. This year feels quite long. And I know how stressful it gets after Term 1, and how torturous it becomes after Term 2, and how anxiety can kill you in Term 3. So...I'm really scared.
Can't afford to lose this fight. It seems hard to get into a (good) JC. Most probably the COP for NJC will be 6 (raw score) by next year. So it's going to be difficult for me. At least 6A1s. I don't think i have got 6 strong subjects. I'm on the edge. I'd be screwed if I don't make it. RJC is near, but very hiong. I doubt I will be able to adapt make it. NJC is the other near one, which I would really like to go. HCI is right beside it. Doubt i can go there though. I'd rather get 6A1s and have a headache choosing the right school, compared to getting screwed results and struggling to choose a JC to get into. Results, O levels, it's that important.
Do well in JC, go to U, get my honours for Psychology. Practice in SG as psychiatrist for a few years before deciding to further studies to get doctorate to serve as Psychologist. I've got it all planned. But things often do not go as planned.
I wanna be a chooser, not a beggar.

O level result slip i forgot to post just now haha That slightly bluish stain at the top in the middle was caused by a tear haha. :) This result slip will be a living memory that hard work pays off. haha. whenever i feel depressed i can always look at it :) hahas

A yellow Rx-7 FD3S. My Cousin's model of the RX-7 is the white one. But his is black haha. And I think there was some aftermarket tuning done to the bodywork.. His looks pretty round.
Subaru Technica Internationale WRX. A white one. :D Change muffler. And a fairly sized spoiler. I don't really like GT-wings. They look weird on some cars. Enlarge turbine so got more punch from turbocharger :D. But that will still cost a lot la. Even a second-hand one from Malaysia. Hai. But Subaru certainly easier to find la. The Mazda has already become a legend in the wind already luh. Japan's Cornering machine. Crazy mad car lah. Very nice 50-50 front-back weight ratio. Perfect balance. Crazy Japanese engineers. Love them man. Twin turbine. Mother of the turbochargers. :D
