can't stop saying how awesome this song is. haha.

And I think the light manager for the set is cool too. hahaha. I like the way the lights are in sync with the rhythm of the song. :D

Talking about music, I feel a little surprised at how people view the songs you listen to as a 'fashion statement'.

Someone browses through the tracks on my Mp3 player, and the comment I get usually is, "Wow, your songs are so old, not like mine." or, something along those lines.

Well, in my opinion, good songs never grow old. So I don't see any problem in listening to songs that have been released a good decade ago. It's still music, to my ears at least.

I guess this is also why the fame of singers are getting more and more momentary these days. After cutting their first album, and if they don't follow up with a second one soon enough, they will be forgotten. Cos their songs might have already been deleted from their ex-fans playlists, because their songs were 'old'. Thus, some singers also rush to get their follow-up albums, and this results in the sharp decline in quality.

How so? Did you you realised that some English songs sounds so uncanningly similar to Chinese songs (and vice versa)? And I've got to say that Jasmine Leong's latest album lacks rhythm, and the lyrics don't at all fit the rhythm. :/ Sigh.

Where have all the good songs gone?

And they think new songs are good songs. uh. huh.

I hope Taylor's fame will not be momentary, and that she continues to inject soul into her lyrics and melodies. :)
