Looks DAMN fat.

:) I'm back to my drawing frenzy again. Cos today no homework :D Rushed home right after my pull ups. Earliest in 4 months. Arrived home at 3PM!!!

So I had 1 and a half hours of drawing time. Touched up on yesterday's scary sketch to make it less scary. And I drew myself later on tonight. Haha.

I'd be starting my Taylor Swift sketch soon. I'm gonna sketch the nose-to-nose scene in Love Story, complete with the "outskirts of town" background. :) Biggest drawing project ever. A4 sized black-and white. :)

I love bio even more today :) We carried on with heredity. Then we were talking about genetic mutations today. Mutations can refer to the spontaneous, random change to gene characteristics, chromosome number, chromosome characteristics etcetera, etcetera, which is unrelative to heredity. :) Cool huh.

So Mr Goh went on to use examples like Teenage MUTANT Ninja Turtles, Spiderman, X-men. Lol, super funny. :)

Then we came to albinism. About the absence of pigment and all. And I asked this super innocent question. "Mr Goh, can a white rabbit be called an albino?" I could hear people saying no and people shooting awkward stares at me then. Mr Goh replied, "Oh yes. Good point. White rabbits ARE albinos. Those with red eyes." :D I knew I was made for Biology.

Then Mr Goh went on to tell us why there are so many albino rabbits around. That's because people often feel that white rabbits look cuter, so people breed albino rabbits on purpose. And I feel, that is very unethical. It is a known fact that this mutation shortens the lifespan of rabbits. Average rabbits can live for 8-12 years. A white rabbit's lifespan can be as little as half of that. :( Sad fact huh.

And about the cute part, I think brown, brown-grey rabbits are cuter. :) I'd love to get a rabbit for myself, but they grow to become pretty big, and I don't think I'd have space for it. haha. So, I'm gonna get a guinea pig :) I had a guinea pig when I was in Pri 4. I named it Siren. Weird name huh. Yes, it's a weird name, named after the weird squeak he'd make every morning. He was a cute little thing. White, with patches of brown and black. Uber cute. he peed on me. I'd always remember that. If he was still alive, he'd be pretty old this year. Too bad he died that year we bought him. He kinda injured his eye with the hay in his tank. We brought him to the vet, fed him medicine everything. He still didn't make it. :( Sigh.

I want another guinea pig. I'm so getting it. :D I think I'll name him Felipe. haha.
