I'm afraid of the future.

I'm afraid I will not do well for O levels, and cause me to go somewhere I don't wish to.
I'm afraid of serving NS, I might just die there (touch wood). And its going to be 2 years worth of NCC. It's not pleasant. It's like 2 years detached from the world. I dare not imagine.
I'm afraid that I cannot get into Uni.
I'm afraid that I can't get through Uni if i get in, and waste my parent's money.
I'm afraid I won't be able to get a decent job.

The future looks terribly bleak.

Hopefully I do well for Os and get into NJ.
Hopefully I become a clerk, or make something out of myself in NS. Anything but some infantryman. Something worth working for. (OCS? :) Commandos :D Guards? hahaha) I just want to get through that 2 years and come out fast.
Hopefully I can get into a good Uni and do my Psychology Honours.
Hopefully I get through with First Class upper honours.
Hopefully i get a decent job and a scholarship for a doctorate.

Only then the future looks bright.
Maybe too good to be true.
