Dear Diary...
Thank you (two)

THANK YOU Adrian 大哥 and Warren lao ba!

Looking back, this year hasn't been the smoothest I have had. Eventful he had been. Fruitful probably. Adventurous or maybe misadventurous.

Definitely had lost hope more than once. But 2 days and 3 hours before 2009, my 2 seniors woke me up from my piteous dream, my deep sleep. Foolish I had been. Lamenting too much over my losses. Struggling to find the silver lining in the dark cloud, I almost became 1 of the thousands who got struck by lightning doing so.

Thank you 2 for making me dare to do what I do best again. Dreaming Big.

Although 10A1s seem difficult, it isn't impossible. Right Adrian?

I have also come up with a nice explanation of 'process' after talking to 2 of them. Why is process deemed as important by many people when the mercenary society often looks only at the result? I answered this question with...physics.

Let's say you are doing a physics practical assessment. Maybe calculating the period of a pendulum bob. Because the earth is rotating, there is no guarantee that the bob will move in a straight track, this will eventually lead to inaccuracies in your results. Thus, having a good process will help you arrive at good results. Pay more attention to the bob, make no mistake in your experiment, and let nature take its course. the result cannot be perfect. You cannot control the environment. You cannot stop the earth from rotating, you cannot stop the moon from revolving. Somehow, there will be external factors that would affect your experiment, and affect your results. However, when you have done what you could have possibly done at your best, you will achieve the best results you can possibly achieve. there's nothing much to resent over after that. So, that's how much process matters. You cannot control what your result will be because the environment affects the results, and the environment is something you cannot control. Other than the environment, process also affects the results and that is probably the only thing you have a control over. So, all we can do, is to make good use of 'process' to achieve maximum results.

simply physics. :) haha.
